Return & Refund Policy

1 – What are the terms of our return policy?
  • Customers can return their order within 02 days after an order has been delivered.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been used or is tampered with/damaged.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product/s are received in a damaged condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted due to wrong order placement, size issue, color, any other reason, etc. (Please read the product description carefully to make an informed purchase decision.)
  • Defective products need only be sent back to us if confirmed by the The Pot Dealer support team.
  • If you have received a defective product, send us images within 24 hours of order/shipment delivery at thepotdealer.in@gmail.com or on our WhatsApp number +91-93369 50690 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • Once confirmed by the support team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or into the original payment method. No cash return will be provided.
  • If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted (Unless approved by the The Pot Dealer support team). If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can email us at thepotdealer.in@gmail.com.
  • Gift cards/vouchers/electronic items are non-refundable/returnable.
  • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
  • An unpacking video of the order & images of the shipment/product/s is required to share within 24 hours of receiving of your order. This would help us take the necessary action and provide resolution faster. 
2 – How does the return process works?
  • You can initiate or apply for a return by writing to us at thepotdealer.in@gmail.com.
  • We will arrange for the product return pickup. However this is subject to the physical check of the product integrity and condition.
 3 – What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?
  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
4 – How should I return the products?
  • Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Damaged items will not be eligible for refund. 
  • Also all items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • On receiving the product at the warehouse, we will do an inspection for the product integrity and condition.
5 – Damages and issues?
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is missing, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • We would also recommend to make an unpacking video of the order, incase the you feel the product or the package integrity is compromised. This would help us take the necessary action against shipping company if required.  
6 – Exceptions / non-returnable items?
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like delicate & fragile items (which requires special packing or prone to any damage while return), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), essential items (like masks or hygiene products)  . We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

 7- Exchanges?
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8 – What are the terms and conditions for refund?
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • After approval of refund all the refund will be process within 7-10 working days from the day of product refund acceptance by us.
  • If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account or original payment method and will reflect within 7-10 business days.
  • If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a bank refund upon request, after the package reaches back to us.
  • Shipping charged on Prepaid/COD order is non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.
  • Tips if paid on any order, is refundable.
  • Any refund for Prepaid/COD orders can only be initiated post the successful remittance of the respective order payment. 
9 – I haven’t received my refund what should I do?
  • We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
  • Bank refunds will take between 5-7 business days.
